For many years, Dr. Winney and his team have worked with a wide range of organizations in the United States and abroad, helping them achieve their goals, thrive in the digital age, and navigate the inevitable impact of artificial intelligence across every area of their operations.

He developed a unique methodology that helps organizations plan more effectively and improve productivity in multicultural and multigenerational environments. He has worked with businesses, task forces and nonprofit organizations in the United States and abroad.

Dr. Winney holds two doctorates—a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies and a Doctor of Ministry focused on strategic planning—and has led conferences and seminars across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Ethiopia.
