It involves aligning strategies, structures, policies, and procedures with the organization's goals. It also encompasses leadership development for groups of 50 participants or fewer, adapting to change, decision-making, problem-solving, and making the organization relevant in today’s rapidly evolving society. The price is for a total of 12 months, payable in monthly installments. However, prices for non-profit or small organizations can be negotiated based on the organization’s size and budget.
We will design and conduct the most updated training for your managers and employees in the areas of leadership, conflict management, diversity and culture, time and change management, team building, or administration. We offer conferences, workshops, and seminars in person or via Zoom, tailoring our presentations to suit the goals and needs of any organization. The price includes one workshop or conference for groups of 50 participants or fewer (excluding venue arrangements, refreshments, materials, etc.). However, prices for non-profit or small organizations can be negotiated based on the organization’s size and budget.
